Who we are
This website is run by NrXIII, trading as MissV, based in Hillegom, the Netherlands (Chamber of Commerce no. 88019179). NrXIII decides how and why your personal data is used, which makes us the data controller under the GDPR.
Your privacy matters to us, especially given the personal nature of the work we do. If you have any question about your data, email us at info@yesmissv.nl.
What personal data we collect
We only collect what we need to stay in touch with you and to deliver what you signed up for.
- Name and email address, when you sign up for the newsletter, a free resource or an account
- Purchase details, such as your name, email, billing address and what you bought. Card details are handled by our payment provider; we never see your full card number
- Your messages, when you contact us through the contact form or by email
- Coaching intake information, such as your background, relationship situation, what you hope to explore, your boundaries and relevant experiences
- Website usage data, such as pages visited and links clicked, but only if you accept analytics cookies
Why we use your data
Every use of your data has a legal basis under the GDPR.

We never sell your data, and we never use it for purposes other than these.
Sensitive information you share with us
What you share in a coaching intake can say something about your sex life, and sometimes your health. The GDPR treats this as a special category of personal data, and so do we.
- We only process this information with your explicit consent, which we ask for before the intake
- We only ask for what we need to prepare and guide your coaching
- We use it for nothing else, and we never share it with anyone outside our trusted service providers listed below
- You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing info@yesmissv.nl. We will then delete the information, although this may mean we can no longer continue the coaching
Whatever you share stays between us.
Who we share your data with
We work with a small number of trusted service providers. They process your data only on our behalf and under data processing terms.

Some of these providers are based in the United States. When your data leaves the European Economic Area, it is protected by safeguards approved by the European Commission, such as Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU US Data Privacy Framework.
We only share data with others when the law requires it, for example with the Dutch tax authorities.
Cookies and analytics
We only use analytics cookies after you say yes in the cookie banner.
- Necessary cookies make the website work, for example to keep you logged in or to complete a purchase. These are always on
- Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) help us see which pages are visited and which links are clicked, so we can improve the website. These only run with your consent
You can change your choice at any time through the cookie settings on the website.
Links to other websites
Some links on our website take you elsewhere, for example to Hipsy for event tickets or to Spotify for the Tea with MissV podcast. Those platforms have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for how they handle your data. We may see that a link was clicked, but only if you accepted analytics cookies.
How long we keep your data
We keep your data no longer than we need it.

Your rights
You stay in control of your data. You have the right to:
- See which data we hold about you
- Have incorrect data corrected
- Have your data deleted
- Limit or object to how we use your data
- Receive your data in a format you can take elsewhere
- Withdraw your consent at any time
Email info@yesmissv.nl to use any of these rights. We reply within one month. If you feel we have not handled your data properly, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
Security, changes and contact
We protect your data with secure, password protected systems and limit access to what is strictly needed.
We may update this policy when our work or the law changes. The date at the top always shows the latest version.
